General introduction
On Octuber 20th, 2017, Pan Hai An Co., Ltd was established on the basis of a joint venture between Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Join Stock Company (Hai An Group) and Pantos Holdings Incorporation (Korea) to build and operate the Pan Hai An Logistics Center.
Owning a prime location in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park - Hai An - Hai Phong with outstanding advantages in all types of traffic: 10 km from Hai Phong city center, 3 km from Hai Phong - Hanoi highway, 8 km from Cat Bi international airport, 105 km from Hanoi capital, 5 km from Hai Phong station, next to Nam Dinh Vu port and Tan Vu - Lach Huyen highway, convenient for all 5 types of the traffic pattern makes it very favorable to trade goods between the Company and the domestic and international localities.
Pan Hai An Logistics Center has an area of 154,000 m2, of which the Depot area is 80,000 m2, two CFS and bonded warehouses are 20,000 m2, the container repair workshop is 5,000 m2 with the main services are: warehouse, container yard, transport agent, customs clearance agent, container repair, etc.
The Depot area has a designed capacity of 9,000 TEU, put into operation in 2018, and is equipped with 05 forklifts 10T, 2 forklifts 45T and dozens of tractors of all kinds to serve the exploitation of goods.
Two CFS warehouses and a bonded warehouse with an area of 20,000 m2, equivalent to 4,000 pallets with main services such as warehousing, loading and unloading, transport and customs agency, road and inland sea transportation, packing goods, cleaning and repairing containers, ...
Container repair workshop with an area of 5,000 m2 is equipped with many modern machinery and equipment and a team of skilled technical workers, able to repair and clean many containers at the same time.
The company strictly implements 5S standards from the office to the warehouse, creating a professional and efficient working environment.
Since coming into operation, the Company has deployed the MLA DEPOT management software system, directly managing operations on the system, all goods are controlled on the machine and computer system, management correct location guaranteed for searching and operation. All real-time operations are controlled on the software system. Reports are automatically sent in EDI format upon customer request.
Besides, management systems for security, safety and environmental protection such as 5S, C-TPAT… are also implemented and applied strictly.
Along with a system of modern facilities and equipment, the company owns a team of young, enthusiastic employees with high professional and technical qualifications, well-trained in 5S and C-TPAT, meeting the strict working conditions of domestic and foreign partners.
